How it works

Three steps, with the result visible before it lands

01

Choose one PDF

Open the add-on from your current spreadsheet and choose a local PDF. Files can be up to 50 MB and the plan page limit, never more than 100 pages.

02

Review the extraction

Conversion starts after you choose the PDF. Inspect the tables and fixed warnings before you select what to insert.

03

Insert on your terms

Selected tables default to separate new tabs. One small table can go into a strictly empty current selection. Non-empty cells are never overwritten.

Document types

Not just statements

Use a native data export when one exists. For the PDFs that are all you have, start here.

Temporary by design

Processed, returned, deleted.

Codeprint-controlled PDFs and results are temporary. Successful work is deleted as soon as reliable processing or insertion no longer needs it; abandoned content has a one-hour maximum availability target under our cleanup model.

Common questions

A few honest answers

Does it change or clean up my financial data?

No. It preserves extracted source semantics and does not infer, normalize, categorize, reconcile, or guarantee a balance. You must review the result.

Do failed pages count?

Pages with valid parseable output—including a valid no-tables result—count. Pages without valid output because of a provider or platform failure are released, and retries do not double-charge.

Can it open password-protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs fail safely. The service does not ask for or store a PDF password.
