Terms built around a review-first tool

These Terms govern use of PDF to Sheets by Codeprint.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using PDF to Sheets, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, use the service for professional or business purposes, and have authority to bind any organization you represent.

You are responsible for your Google and Codeprint account security and for activity under your account.

The service

PDF to Sheets processes one user-selected PDF to produce reviewable table data for insertion into the current Google spreadsheet. Features, limits, availability, and supported documents may change.

Extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. You must compare results with the source before relying on, sharing, or acting on them.

Your documents and permission

You retain rights in your documents. You grant Codeprint and its providers the limited permission needed to process each document for the conversion you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process it.

Plans, prices, allowances, and taxes

Free includes 5 lifetime pages and a 5-page per-PDF limit. Starter is $12 monthly or $99 annually with 75 pages per UTC month and 25 per PDF. Pro is $29 monthly or $249 annually with 350 pages per UTC month and 75 per PDF. Business is $69 monthly or $599 annually with 1,000 pages per UTC month and 100 per PDF.

Prices are stated in USD. Link calculates and displays applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout based on the customer's location and product classification. The final total is shown before purchase. There are no setup, platform, or mandatory add-on fees.

Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month and do not carry over. There are no overages or page packs. Valid parseable output counts, including a valid no-tables result; provider/platform failures without valid output release affected pages, and retries do not double-charge.

Managed Payments and renewals

PDF to Sheets is provided by Codeprint. Google is not the seller and does not process the purchase. For Managed Payments purchases, customers see Link as the merchant of record. Link hosts checkout, receipts, applicable indirect-tax handling, payment support, and subscription management.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval selected until canceled. Link shows the renewal amount and timing and provides payment-method, subscription-change, and cancellation controls. Payment failure may suspend paid entitlement while preserving the separate Free allowance rules.

Cancellation and cooling-off rights

You can cancel through the subscription controls provided by Link or in a single email to jacob@codeprint.io. Cancellation timing and continued access are shown by Link.

Nonwaivable cancellation rights under applicable law remain in effect. This includes a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for eligible UK consumers where that right applies. If you ask for immediate digital service during a cooling-off period, the consequences are governed by applicable law and the information presented at checkout.

Refunds

Use the support route shown by Link or contact jacob@codeprint.io from the account email. Never send payment-card details.

Link may decide and issue qualifying Managed Payments refunds under its policies, including in certain cases within 60 days of a transaction. Refund approval is not guaranteed. Any nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; process documents without permission; access another person's account, job, or result; share credentials; evade limits; overload or disrupt the service; probe security without authorization; reverse engineer except where law permits; or use output to harm, discriminate against, or make unlawful decisions about a person.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

Not financial or professional advice

PDF to Sheets is a document extraction and data-preparation tool. It is not bookkeeping, reconciliation, auditing, categorization, accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. A matching balance does not prove accuracy. You are responsible for review and downstream decisions.

Third-party services

Google, Gemini, Supabase, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Stripe, Link, and Vercel provide parts of the service under their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability may affect PDF to Sheets.

Intellectual property

Codeprint retains rights in PDF to Sheets, its software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant rights to use Codeprint or third-party marks except as needed to use the service.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We do not offer a service-level agreement. We may update these Terms with a revised effective date; continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect extraction, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codeprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
